Wout Weghorst almost gone, Jonas Wind approaching

The Danish first division club FC Copenhagen has received an offer for striker Jonas Wind from the Bundesliga soccer club VfL Wolfsburg.

As the Superligaen club announced on its website, negotiations are currently underway between the two clubs. According to “Extraload” Wind has even traveled to Germany to complete the medical check-up.

The 22-year-old Dane has found six goals in 16 league games so far and provided four assists.

Wind is to replace VfL striker Wout Weghorst. The Premier League club FC Burnley has come to an agreement with the Dutchman that around 15 million euros should flow to Wolfsburg.

The wolves had previously given attacker Daniel Ginczek to Fortuna Düsseldorf.
