Will FC Bayern get 70 million for Gnabry?

The contract negotiations between Serge Gnabry and FC Bayern continue to be extremely difficult. As a result, the winger could be sold this summer. The Munich team can obviously hope for a high transfer fee.

The unclear future of Serge Gnabry is in addition to the transfer saga about Robert Lewandowski, the constant topic at Bayern. The national player is tied to the record champions until 2023. Although the people of Munich have offered the 26-year-old an extension and are said to be luring them with an annual salary of up to 19 million euros, Gnabry hesitates with his signature.

If the right-winger ultimately rejects a new working paper, according to media reports, FC Bayern would deal with a sale in order to still collect a transfer fee. A possible amount of 40 million euros has recently been circulated again and again.

“CBS” reporter Ben Jacobs brings in an interview with “givemesport.com” Meanwhile, an even higher transfer fee comes into play. The journalist speaks of 60 million pounds, the equivalent of almost 70 million euros.

Arsenal FC definitely have Gnabry on their radar. The Londoners have also been linked with Leeds United’s Raphinha in recent weeks, but FC Barcelona and Chelsea are also said to be fond of him.

FC Bayern is still hoping for Gnabry to stay

“The interesting thing is Arsenal continued to bid for Raphinha and not 60m [Pfund] put on the table. If they want Serge Gnabry, they have to learn from that and be more determined and target that kind of fee,” Jacobs is quoted as saying by the portal.

But FC Bayern is still hoping for the native of Stuttgart to stay. “We definitely want to deepen the talks with Serge again to see if he is ready to extend this transfer period,” said Munich’s sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic in “Sport Bild”.
