Bundesliga soccer club VfL Wolfsburg missed out on victory in the test match tournament played by third division club VfL Osnabrück.
The team of new coach Niko Kovac had to admit defeat against the hosts with 1:3, against the second division side Hannover 96 it was only enough for a 1:1. The goals for the wolves were scored by Sebastiaan Bornauw and Luca Waldschmidt.
The tournament lasted 45 minutes. The Osnabrück team secured the victory, also beating Hannover 3:1.
