The Sixers meet with James Harden to negotiate his renewal

Daryl Morey’s Philadelphia 76ers have scheduled a meeting with James Harden today in the Hamptons (New York) to negotiate his possible renewal, reported journalist Chris Haynes of Yahoo! Sports.

Harden recently turned down his player option to give the Sixers more financial leverage for potential signings. In these 48 hours of free agency, the signings of PJ Tucker, Danuel House Jr. and Trevelin Queen have been undertaken.

It is expected that both parties will soon close an agreement between two or three years, and around 30/35 million dollars per campaign.

With the Philadelphia shirt he has played 21 regular season games with figures of 21 points, 7.1 rebounds, 10.5 assists and 1.1 steals in 37.7 minutes per day.
