Gersson Rossas, who was president of operations for the Minnesota Timberwolves, has recently been hired as a sports consultant by the New York Knicks, journalist Marc Stein reported.
The Colombian leader, who has a good resume in the NBA, was without a team after the Minnesota management decided to fire him in September 2021 to the surprise of many fans.
Rosas, trained at the University of Houston and 43 years old, trained with the Houston Rockets and later with the Dallas Mavericks until his hiring by the T-Wolves as head of their sports operations in 2019.
According to rumors, his dismissal was due in part to a bad relationship with the owners of the franchise as well as for creating a toxic environment among his employees.
