Starting ban for riders and horses from Russia and Belarus

Riders, horses and officials from Russia and Belarus are no longer allowed to participate in international tournaments.

This was decided by the board of the World Equestrian Federation FEI.

According to the FEI, the ban also excludes starts under a neutral flag. The regulation will come into force on March 6 at midnight.

The world association had previously decided to remove all tournaments in Russia and Belarus from the calendar.
