The German ski jumpers cleared another Corona hurdle on the way to the Winter Olympics in Beijing.
The mandatory PCR tests, which must be completed within 96 hours before the trip, all came back negative. The German Ski Association announced this during a media round on Saturday in Willingen.
The Olympic travelers have to do two tests before their flight. One must be within 96 hours and the other within 72 hours of departure.
“Now we’ll do another one and then we’ll be ready for Beijing – from a health point of view,” said Springer Constantin Schmid.
