Phoenix closes arrivals for Josh Okogie and Jock Landale

The Suns continue to strengthen their bench. After certifying the continuity of Bismack Biyombo and the signing of Damion Lee, in the last hours they have also closed the landing of Josh Okogie and Jock Landale, the latter via a transfer from Atlanta; reports Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Okogie, whom Minnesota left completely free by not extending the qualifying offer, has closed a deal to play for one season with Arizona, a team that gives him the opportunity to relaunch a career that had been fading little by little in the Timberwolves ; so much so that last year he only played 10.5 minutes per night in a total of 49 appearances on the floor.

Landale, for his part, went up to Phoenix transferred by the Hawks, where he had a minimum salary contract for the coming season; yes, it is not guaranteed. The Suns do so with the 26-year-old Australian center, who last year appeared in 54 games with the San Antonio Spurs averaging 4.9 points and 2.7 rebounds.
