James Harden is reportedly staying with the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA.
The 32-year-old has agreed to a two-year deal worth around $68 million, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
The most valuable player of 2018 had not exercised his option for another season with a salary of around 47 million euros in order to give the franchise financial leeway, according to its own statements. Teams in the NBA must adhere to a salary cap.
In his freshman season, Harden averaged 21 points, around 10 assists and seven rebounds per game for the 76ers.
