The traditional horse show Munich Indoors has to be canceled again and for the third time in a row.
The reason for the cancellation of the event planned for November 17th to 20th was the “rather difficult forecast regarding the number of corona infections in autumn and winter”.
The international four-star tournament had already been canceled in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic. “The numbers are currently rising again, and experts are predicting a rather difficult trend for the indoor season,” said tournament director Volker Wulff: “Under these circumstances, we don’t see a chance of letting the tournament take place according to our ideas.”
Wulff regretted the cancellation of the tournament that had been held in the Olympic Hall since 1998: “It’s a shame.” Now one hopes “for the next year”.
