Martin Kaymer in the second “rebel tournament” in 19th place

Golf pro Martin Kaymer from Mettmann took 19th place in the second tournament of the new, highly controversial LIV Golf series in Portland/Oregon.

Victory went to South Africa’s Branden Grace ahead of Mexico’s Carlos Ortiz and 2018 Masters winner Patrick Reed (USA).

In the meantime, another professional has joined the series financed by Saudi Arabia with astronomically high sums. The 44-year-old Englishman Paul Casey, current number 22 in the world rankings, announced his start in the third of this year’s eight planned LIV tournaments from July 29th to 31st in Bedminster/New Jersey.
