In the third quarter, however, the Lakers turned a 56:71 halftime deficit into an 87:84 lead. They were then able to increase the lead, but Barrett equalized eight seconds before the end. In extra time, the hosts then secured the home win and thus remain in ninth place in the West.

Wagner brothers lose with Orlando Magic

There was a defeat at home for the Orlando Magic around Franz and Moritz Wagner. The Magic clearly lost against the strong Memphis Grizzlies with 115:135. They were already trailing by 13 points after the first quarter.

Franz Wagner was the third-best thrower on his team with 15 points. His brother Moritz came off the bench and contributed nine points and five rebounds. After the loss, Orlando remains bottom in the Eastern Conference while the Grizzlies remain third in the West.
