Knicks emerge as candidates for CJ McCollum trade

With the Blazers in full winter sales, there are many teams that have shown interest in CJ McCollum, and among them, the last candidate who has joined the long list has been the New York Knicks, according to sources close to the journalist. Mark Stein.

The franchise commanded by leader Leon Rose would be willing to make an effort if they achieve the arrival of the shooting guard trained at Lehigh University.

Following the respective departures of Norman Powell and Robert Covington to the Los Angeles Clippers, there is no one untouchable in Portland except its main star Damian Lillard.

In the supposed operation there is already talk that the Knicks could offer a number of players made up of Alec Burks, Evan Fournier, Mitchell Robinson and some other future round of the Draft.

It should be remembered that McCollum, 30, has two more remaining ahead of him this season for a total amount of 100 million dollars.

In the current 2021-22 regular season, he is averaging 20.5 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.5 assists in 35.2 minutes on the floor.
