Hurly Long achieves top placement in the United Arab Emirates

Germany’s Olympic starter Hurly Long achieved a top 20 place at the golf tournament in the United Arab Emirates.

The 26-year-old ended the Ras Al Khaimah Championship tied for 18th thanks to a strong final round of 64 with a total of 276 shots.

Nicolai Höjgaard (264 strokes) secured victory in the DP World Tour event, which is worth two million US dollars. The Dane received around 333,000 US dollars for his second tour success.

Marcel Siem (277) finished the tournament near Dubai in shared 21st place. Sebastian Heisele (42nd/280), Yannik Paul (53rd/283) and Matthias Schmid (57th/284) also qualified for the two final rounds.
