Historic record for the Los Angeles Dodgers: Tony Gonsolin and a season to remember

As the current leaders of the NL West, the Los Angeles Dodgers have a pitching staff led by Tony Gonsolin, who has a case to be called the best pitcher this season.

Los Angeles Dodgers continue on the victorious path that has characterized him in recent seasons of the Major League Baseball (MLB)thus becoming, once again, one of the candidates to keep the World Series.

Much of that has been a great pitching staff, with probably one of the most effective rotations in recent memory. Among them is the Mexican Julius Uriahbut who has truly led that group is another of his players.

Tony Gonsolin is only in his fourth season in the majors, but his dominance shouldn’t be overlooked.. The Vacaville, CA native has yet to miss a game this season, and has already set an MLB record with his performance.

Few have achieved what Tony Gonsolin has been able to do so far in 2022 in MLB history, and that’s saying a lot for a league that has had great pitching at just about any point in its timeline.

Gonsolin is 10-0 and has allowed just 44 hits this season.. According to STATS by Stats, the Dodgers pitcher became the first player to win 10 games and allow fewer than 50 hits while pitching primarily as a first baseman since 1913.
