In the next Bundesliga game on Saturday (6:30 p.m.) against VfB Stuttgart, Bayer Leverkusen can once again fall back on captain and first-choice goalkeeper Lukás Hrádecký.
The Finn was able to end his corona quarantine after a negative test and was then back on the training ground. Bayer showed pictures of it on Twitter with the words: “Welcome back, Lukas!” The “kicker” and the “Bild” newspaper had previously reported.
The positive test in the 32-year-old had occurred before the last weekend in January. Bayer had only published this directly before the game on Sunday in Dortmund because they had hoped for a free test by then.
The former U21 international goalkeeper Lennart Grill, actually number 3, represented Hrádecký well in the 5-2 win in Dortmund.
