The German ski crossers showed mixed performances in the first part of the Olympic dress rehearsal in Idre Fjäll.
Florian Wilmsmann finished eighth at the first of the two World Cups in Sweden. Daniela Maier finished seventh. For Niklas Bachsleitner, Daniel Bohnacker and Tim Hronek it was over in the round of 16.
The men’s victory went to the Swiss Ryan Regez. In the women’s category, the outstanding Swede Sandra Näslund celebrated her eighth win in the ninth race of the season. The last races before the Olympic Winter Games in Beijing (February 4th to 20th) are scheduled for Sunday in Idre Fjäll.
