FC Bayern not interested? Cristiano Ronaldo traded at next club

Cristiano Ronaldo apparently wants to leave Manchester United. Most recently, the superstar was also associated with FC Bayern. Is there another club in the draw for the attacker?

Where will Cristiano Ronaldo play next season? This question is currently driving football fans around the world. Staying at Manchester United seems unlikely, as the 37-year-old is said to have asked the English record champions for a release.

Shortly after this message, there was already eager speculation about the next station. Is Ronaldo joining league rivals Chelsea? Or is the 2016 European champion actually going to Bayern? Despite numerous water level reports, there is still no sign of a decision – and so the top scorer is traded with the next club.

As “The Athletic” reported, SSC Napoli is interested in signing the exceptional talent. The southern Italians finished last season in third place in Serie A and are consequently – in contrast to Manchester United – qualified for the Champions League.

Interested in Ronaldo? FC Bayern denies reports

In Naples, Ronaldo could follow in the great footsteps of Diego Maradona. The Argentinian football legend played a total of 256 competitive games for the traditional club. However, it is unclear whether Ronaldo would be interested in a commitment in the port city at all. Consequently, the rumor mill will continue to pick up speed in the coming days.

Incidentally, FC Bayern had denied the reports of an alleged interest. “Cristiano Ronaldo is a top player with an outstanding career. However, the rumor that is circulating is a rumor that has nothing to do with it,” said sports director Hasan Salihamidzic on “Sky”.
