Armenia’s football star Henrikh Mkhitaryan ends his international career after 95 appearances in 15 years.

The former Bundesliga professional from Borussia Dortmund (2013-16), now in the service of AS Roma, explained via Twitter that he wanted to concentrate fully on his club in the future.

The 33-year-old’s last international match was the 4-1 draw against Germany in November in World Cup qualifiers, Mkhitaryan scoring from the penalty spot.
