Does Liverpool FC beat FC Bayern and BVB in courting Fabio Carvalho?

Fabio Carvalho was on the verge of a move to Liverpool during the past transfer period, but the move fell through on the home straight. As reported by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool FC are still in talks with Fulham FC regarding the signing of Fabio Carvalho. Accordingly, the games involved are still working on a transfer of the attacking midfielder. The final talks are scheduled to take place in February.

Carvalho was actually already on his way to Liverpool on the last deadline day. Even the medical check had already been completed. According to media reports, the 19-year-old was to receive a highly paid five-and-a-half-year contract at Anfield.

However, Liverpool FC and Fulham FC could not clarify the written formalities in time. That’s why Carvalho will continue playing for the second division club from London until the summer. The Englishman is one of the top performers at Fulham FC. Carvalho has already contributed seven goals and four assists in 19 competitive games this season.

FC Bayern and BVB also interested?
